A little bit later...
I ended up taking ya'lls advice and went outside. Not for a walk, but sometimes there is something good about mandatory PT. A least you get to go out and stretch and enjoy yourself. it helped that none of the gung ho huah huah bastards weren't at PT today either, making it more relaxing.
I was just thinking after i got back from PT that i had a similar entry about a month or so ago griping about being cooped up and whining about having to go to PT, when it turned out to be a world of good. Journaling is good in that respect i think-- you can see patterns of behavior and stressitude and can fix it based on what worked the last time.
Thanks guys-- again, you're awesome.
Cyrex, i'm taking your quip and will use it on unsuspecting passersby.
Beth, the guy who died w/o anyone noticing for *five days*? I thought i had it rough! Damn, that was harsh. And here i thought New York was the perfect place to live, har har.
Dine, you're wonderful. Just thought you should know.
Vali, I'm buying a calling card tonight. I must talk to my girl!
Must shower and watch the rugrats now...
