Feeling superficial
May. 1st, 2001 11:58 ambut not in a bad way, just don't have a lot of meaningfully deep things to say right now. Just vests! no, not vests, *links*.
Got this from the PUBLIB listserv: Harry Potter has a journal. and it's none of that Warner Brother's "let's intimidate and threaten innocent little kids" type of crap neither. It's not the HP porn journal, but it'll do.
Another one is a Feminist Media Watch site . Don't know about this one though-- maybe the guy who gave the link typed it in wrong, because i'd love to see this one.
This is from Kalliope's LJ. Don't open it at work unless your cubicle buddies are very tolerant. I snorted wif mad abandon: Oh my god. Reminds me of Peep Research...
Read some articles for my issue paper this morning, and the amount of work that could be done with the libraries and ESOL students is overwhelming. Why didn't i start thinking about this before? I wonder. So much...Should do ESOL work right now, in fact, but i have a deep burning desire to go out to the CD store during lunch and see if any T-Rex greatest hits monstrosity is for sale. I need. ESOL after, i tell myself. Tonight we're doing the past tense, oh my.
