Apr. 30th, 2001 01:34 amI sent out a link to a couple of QaF stories that i really loved to another list this weekend, and i got someone asking me whether the stories were QaF US or QaF UK, because she's absolutely in love with QaF US and asked for links to QaF archives. And because i don't want to say it on the list because it's too much work and i'm a coward, it goes here in the journal:
Let's see, a simple click on the link that i sent to the list would've told you whether it was QaF UK or QaF UGH. That's why i sent the link, so you wouldn't have to do the work. A search on metacrawler.com would've taken care of finding the archives.
I shouldn't be so hard on the last part of the question, though. I took the lazy way out and begged Vali for QaF archives too. Come to think of it, i shouldn't be too hard on the first part because i haven't seen QaF US yet, and i shouldn't make judgements on stuff i haven't seen yet. But i know i'll be prejudiced against the US version forever; i love the UK version too much.
To all QaF US lovers, i say this: see the real version, *please*.
Dat's all.
