(no subject)

I wanted to make this a separate entry, mostly because the previous entry was so online journally and stuff. Besides, i wanted to get some of the snarkiness out of my blood before i took on a gentler topic.

Just wanted to let you know that i didn't mean to worry you about sleeping in my car when i got tired, honestly. I only did that because i was very afraid that if i kept driving that i'd fall asleep and have an accident. No amount of caffeine, cold, smoking, loud music, pinching my arms or slapping my face was working. It was really the lesser of the two evils thing. Mostly it's not knowing what my limits are, because I used to be able to drive a lot longer on less sleep. I need to stop that.

And yes, i'm going to miss the mountains, but really, S. hasn't been my home for almost seven years now. I've been living in flatter places and have gotten used to what the landscape looks like. Besides, i'd rather have the person rather than the scenery, even though i am looking forward to watching factories against the setting sun, Harold and Maude style. :-)

However, i do have an evil sense that you're going to infect me with the love of midwest stoner rock, like Cheap Trick and Van Halen. Must. hold on. to new wave. roots, *Spock*!

So don't worry. I'm moving forward- i'm not leaving anything behind.

One question though. Do i get wafers wif that?
