one of our heads is destined for tinfoil

I've had it for a year, and I can say on good authority that the OP is full of it. Vali and I have made lovely things out of Veganomicon; it's one of our most-consulted tomes because it has lots of good stuff to make on busy weeknights. The only thing I can think of that's been a bomb was the vegan cholent. I love it, but Vali doesn't like the texture of TVP chunks. I make a batch of that and I've got lunches all week, it's great.
