viedmaHad a great weekend with Bruce, will give the full update later. I can't believe i haven't seen him in over a *year*. Damn, time seems to fly, but the time till i get out and am able to move to Chi-town seems to drip like frozen molasses.
Actually got my journal paper for class done on time, did some writing on a story that Vali and I are working on (you think you guys know rareslash? wait till you see this), and I'm having fun with insomnia but PLEASE let me get up in time for PT because i have to lead the masses tomorrow and if i oversleep i'm dead meat.
Quote for tonight: "That's about 40 pounds of butt in 30-pound butt-capacity pants!" Don't know if he wrote it or not, but anything spoken by Mike Nelson gives me the girlygirl shivers these days. My crush on him is about as big as his crush on Miles O'Keefe, hee!
While i introduced Bruce to the wonder that is the MST3K host segment, i got an idea. I don't know if any of you have seen the host segment where Joel and the 'bots hate the musicians they hate the most plummet to their death, but it gave me a great idea. Wouldn't it be great if we could make the fanfic writers we hate the most plummet to their deaths?
Of course, we wouldn't *really* kill them (oh yes we would). We'd put a mattress at the bottom of the chasm (no we wouldn't) or attach a bungee cord (to their necks) or something like that.
So, which fanficcers would you pick? oh ok, published writers are fair game too. I nominate Anne Rice in that case. I think she should have to plummet a couple of times.
